1. Schedule your Free Introductory Session with one of our coaches.
This hour-long, one-on-one introduction to CrossFit will include:
- A overview of the basics of CrossFit
- A discussion of your health and fitness goals
- An evaluation of your “starting point” in terms of mobility, movement, fitness, etc.

2. After your Free Session, we will take you through our On Ramp program to get you ready for group classes.
Don’t worry. If you’re intimidated to jump right in, we’ve got excellent coaches that will help to get you started.
