Row 1000m easy

Overhead mobility for 10-15 min
Pick 2-3 exercises from the Pressing Overhead Mobility poster and spend 3-4 minutes on each

Jog 400m easy

EMOM for 5 min:
5 wall ball shots (20/14)
2 roll to candlestick (video below)

4 Rounds, slow & perfect:
5 pushups
5 ring rows
5 overhead squat w/pvc
