15 min AMRAP:
Run 400m
KB swings
Burpees
Rest

One teammate runs while another swings the kettlebell and a third does burpees. The fourth teammate rests. Teammates move to the next station when the running teammate finishes his/her run. The goal is to accumulate as many rounds and as many repetitions of kettlebell swings and burpees as possible over the course of 15 minutes.
